In The Ideal Son-in-Law, a young man is about to meet his fiancée’s father for the first time. Her delay leaves him alone with a wealthy and unreadable man. The conversation gradually becomes a confrontation in which every detail can change how the scene is understood.
Built for a cinema screen
Written and directed by Wil Aime, the film was produced by Chaque Détail Productions. Its thirty-seven-minute format expands the narrative work first developed online. It was presented at Le Grand Rex in 2019 before its release on the official Chaque Détail YouTube channel.
The collaboration
The official video description credits the Chaque Détail team and lists Anly among its members. The project is one of the clearest records of the period in which Anly worked with Wil Aime within Chaque Détail Productions.
